This website is operated by Next Day Deal. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Next Day Deal. Next Day Deal offers this website, including all information, products, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we cannot supply the goods due to reasons beyond our control. If we cannot supply the goods due to stock being unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Description of Goods
All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter and specifications advertised on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.
The intention of Next Day Deal is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Next Day Deal cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
On occasion, some images will display a title related to it or to a previous promotion. Whilst we try to remove these titles when a promotion changes, errors may appear. All promotions will be explained in the product title and on the description page if there is need to.
On occasion, Next Day Deal will send an item without the original manufacturers box. This is due to the item being separated from another item. We will endeavour to advise you before hand, however the item will be supplied with a full warranty. If you are unhappy with this, upon receipt of the product, please return it to Next Day Deal at your cost. The return will not affect your rights.
If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and provide a timescale for the dispatch of goods. You will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
Typographical Errors & Images
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or the wrong image is used in relation to a product due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have already been charged, we subsequently cancel your order and will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Errors and omissions excepted on any product, price, product description, image, image description or title. We are human of course and do try very hard to keep errors to a minimum. We apologise profusely if an error is found.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order for a refund.
Next Day Deal also reserves the right to cancel the order if security measures indicate a possible fraud attempt.
Promotional Offers (Cashback)
Next Day Deal does not act as an agent to the manufacturers in any promotions, such as cashback or free accessories that are advertised by the manufacturer so purchases made with us are not eligible for such offers. All information on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge and we apologise for any mistakes on our part.
Any free products that are supplied by Next Day Deal as an "in-house" offer, will be supplied with the main product on your order, although may be shipped separately. If stock of the promotional item is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be supplied without prior communication.
Payment Methods
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Amex, Visa, MasterCard and Switch. When ordering, you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. Your billing address is the address you get all your bills and statements sent to, and is the primary address that your bank use to contact you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.
Payment Expiry (Online Only)
When a transaction is placed, PayPal may place an authorisation or temporarily hold the funds. If the order does not go through for any reason, PayPal will automatically release the reserved funds back to your account.
DELIVERY
All orders placed with Next Day Deal are dispatched using a next day service from within the UK. For deliveries to EU destinations, please contact our support team at support@nextdaydeal.co.uk to confirm which locations are covered by this next day service.
Next day service is subject to product availability and receipt of the order by 2pm, with cleared payment. Orders placed after aforementioned time on Fridays will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that our delivery partners, including Royal Mail, DPD and DHL, do not operate nor deliver on Bank Holidays. Delivery on weekends are subject to availability and depend on the policies and service schedules of our delivery partners.
Delivery of products may take longer and we will endeavour to notify you promptly in cases such as one that requires procurement directly from the manufacturer/supplier, and this may take up to 5 working days to deliver.
While we make every effort to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery in accordance with the timeframes provided, delivery schedules are ultimately dependent on third-party couriers and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, service disruptions or operational backlogs. Delivery times may be changed or delayed without prior notice from our delivery partners. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed if we are made aware of any issues.
Please note that all delivery dates provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Next Day Deal shall not be held responsible for any losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from delays in delivery.
Delivery Address
We will are happy to deliver to an alternative address should payment be authorised. Please be aware that although we can offer to send it to an address other than the billing address, we are not obliged to.
All parcels are delivered with proof of delivery supplied by the delivery company. This may be a signature or photo with GPS confirmation. Should you be unable to receive the goods, then the delivery company may return the parcel to one of our warehouses. If this happens, and you would still like to receive the order, you will be liable for an additional delivery charge up to £30.
International Delivery
Next Day Deal will not be held responsible for any further delay of the delivery to international transport issues; local and national observances or holidays.
Risk
As soon as here is proof of delivery by a courier, you will be responsible for the goods. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours from delivery. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours from delivery. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours from delivery. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 48 hours from the expected delivery date.
Product Guarantees
All products unless otherwise stated are supplied with our own warranty. It specifically exclude faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse or consumables. In addition routine maintenance (such as sensor cleaning, internal lens cleaning), consumables (such as memory cards batteries), and cosmetic damage are not covered. Please note that if you take this out item outside of the UK, your product will not be covered by the aforementioned guarantee.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order either before or up to 14 days following the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange less any applicable delivery charges.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in an unused, unopened, pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging, along with any promotional items that were offered to you with your purchase.
You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than unused, unopened, pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging, may be returned to you at your cost. The refund of goods will be subject to inspection and may incur a fee if there is any loss in value whilst in your possession and does not cover any transport costs.
This also includes any products that have been registered with the manufacturer for promotional or warranty purposes.
Prior to returning any products you must contact us and obtain approval. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel may be revoked.
WARRANTY
All of our products come with a 2-year UK warranty, which begins on the date you receive your item. This warranty is provided to ensure peace of mind and protection against manufacturing defects.
The warranty specifically covers faults or defects that arise from the manufacturing process. In the event that a repair is needed, it will be carried out either by the manufacturer's official service centre or by a manufacturer approved service centre.
The warranty includes both labour and parts for eligible repairs. However, the warranty does not cover any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or human error. Additionally, consumable items such as chargers, batteries, cables and other accessories are not covered under this warranty. Routine servicing and maintenance, such as sensor cleaning, are also excluded. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
OTHER
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We will issue you with an invoice on request once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is a legal document which sets out what personal information Next Day Deal collect and retain, how we use it, to whom we may disclose it, the security measures we take to protect it and how you can correct inaccuracies in the personal information we hold. Our privacy policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. Next Day Deal gathers information from users of this web site automatically and when you decide to provide us with information using our electronic forms.
We also monitor this site's access log information and the connection address from the Internet address you are connecting from is automatically included within that.
Next Day Deal takes customer privacy seriously and does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties. We use this contact information to send you information that we feel may be of interest about our company. Security
Next Day Deal is committed to the security of customer information and we have security procedures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control. When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you provide before it is sent to us. In addition, in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we are able to disclose information to you.
