Refund policy
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed, we reserve the right to deny cancellation requests. In such cases, you must return the order in accordance with our Returns Policy. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@nextdaydeal.co.uk as soon as possible.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may request to return your order for a refund at your own cost within 14 days of receiving it (as confirmed by tracking). The product must be returned in a new and unused condition, exactly as received. All original packaging and accessories must be included and intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if products are returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements.
Please contact us at support@nextdaydeal.co.uk for a return authorisation and the postage address before sending your parcel. We recommend sending parcels fully insured, as we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If, within 30 days of receipt, your product is found to be faulty (including dead-on-arrival products that do not function as they should due to manufacturing defects), you are entitled to a full refund of the value of the faulty product or a replacement. If the fault cannot be easily identified, the product will be examined by the manufacturer after its return to confirm any manufacturing defects.

Alternatively, if you wish to send it back, you may request for a return authorisation and the postage address. We recommend sending parcels fully insured, as we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit. We reserve the right to refuse a return or to offer a partial refund for products returned without any fault and no longer in new and unused condition.
